❓FAQ

1. What is DeepTrail? DeepTrail is an AI-powered Chrome extension for real-time blockchain risk analysis. It traces token behavior, detects manipulation, and reveals anomalies across wallet and contract activity.

2. How does DeepTrail detect scams or threats? Our AI models scan transaction loops, trace depth, wallet clusters, and behavioral red flags. Metrics like AnomalyMatch, LoopNet, and SignalClarity help detect rug pulls, bot rings, and hidden threats.

3. Which blockchains are supported? Currently, DeepTrail supports Solana. BSC and Ethereum support is on the roadmap (Q3 2025).

4. What do the Scan metrics mean? After running a scan, you’ll see:

  • AnomalyMatch: % match with known scam/trap patterns

  • LoopNet: Recurring transaction cycles (e.g. 1 cycle = suspicious loop)

  • TraceDepth: How deep the token movement analysis goes

  • RiskLevel: AI-evaluated risk (Low / Medium / High)

  • SignalClarity: Strength/confidence of detection

  • EntitySpread: Number of distinct addresses involved

  • GhostRatio: Signals silent or invisible activity

  • TraceDensity: Behavioral saturation (more = more unusual)

5. Does DeepTrail provide alerts? Yes! You can enable real-time alerts for suspicious token behaviors. Alerts can also be pushed via Discord, if you enable it in Settings.

6. What is $DEEP and how does it affect access? $DEEP is the token that unlocks features in DeepTrail. Holding:

  • ≥ 0.4 SOL in $DEEP = Watcher role (basic tools)

  • ≥ 0.8 SOL = Analyst role (advanced features + private channels)

After holding the token and verifying your wallet in Discord, you’ll receive a TraceKey to activate the extension.

7. How do I verify my wallet and receive a TraceKey? Join our Discord and connect your wallet. After the next snapshot, your TraceKey will be posted in a private channel or sent via bot (depending on your DM settings). Paste it in the Settings tab to unlock access.

8. Can I view my previous traces? Yes — the History tab stores all past scans, sorted by date and risk level. You can revisit each scan, check anomaly scores, and track token patterns over time.

10. What if someone else submitted my wallet address? If your address was submitted by someone else, open a ticket in #support-desk. We have a manual re-verification flow to confirm ownership. We will never ask for your seed phrase — only wallet signature and balance snapshot confirmation.
